Q. What products does
All-Phase offer?
A. We carry everything you need to make your windows look beautiful – blinds, plantation shutters, honeycomb shades, roller shades, woven woods, roman shades, draperies and more.
Q. What brands does
All-Phase carry?
A. We carry the largest selection of brands in the region including names like Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman and many more. We also offer our own line of custom window treatments – the WoodMaster brand for added value and quality.
Q. What can I expect from an in home consultation and is
there a fee?
A. Our in-home consultations are free* and take approximately one to two hours depending upon the number of windows and the type and number of products. Your representative will initially discuss with you the products you are interested in, custom measure all windows to ensure a perfect fit, show you extensive samples and provide you with a detailed, written estimate.
* Drapery appointments require a $75 fee for a two-hour consultation. The consultation fee will then be applied to the cost of the drapes upon ordering from us.

Q. What payment options do
you offer?
A. As is customary in the industry, we require a 50% deposit at the time you place your order. You may pay via check, or major credit card. The remaining balance of 50% is due at the completion of your installation.
Q. Do you offer financing?
A. Yes we do! We offer six months with no payments and no interest to qualifying purchasers. Your representative can review the details with you.
Q. What about warranties?
A. All our products are backed by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. In addition, we offer free service calls during the first year you own your product to ensure they are functioning properly and to make adjustments as necessary. Ask your representative for warranty details on specific products.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes, our new showroom is conveniently located off I-540, just minutes away from Triangle Town Center. It is fully equipped to show you a wide range of products. See the “Contact” section for details and directions. Please call before you come so that we can be sure to have a representative available to help you. Since most of our
appointments are
out of the office and
on-site, we will want
to be sure that a

will be
available
to help you.
